Matt Hensley is the Vice President of Outlook Hardscape. For Matt, there are no shortcuts. When he was old enough to push a lawnmower, he started his first company. He used that mowing money to help pay his way through his degree at Southwest Baptist University, and spent his college summers building outdoor projects.
He considered becoming a physical therapist, but ultimately embraced his true passion: running his own business for which Matt had laid the foundation as a child.
He took what he knew and paved his dream, brick by brick, always with careful attention to every detail while earning—and keeping—the trust of each client.
Matt’s early work experiences helped him learn what he wanted out of life: to be outdoors, to be his own boss, to build projects and to be answerable only to the quality of his craftsmanship and the vision of his clients.

Tammy Hensley is the President of Outlook Hardscape. Matt had the dream and the drive. Tammy put the dream to work with her business experience and the vision to make it happen.
She encouraged Matt to start his own company just as they were starting their own family. At that time, Tammy, also a Southwest Baptist University graduate, was utilizing her double major in Business Management to work, first as a financial analyst and later as an area sales manager.
When they finally launched Outlook Hardscape, she brought her talent and passion for people to the family business.
Where Matt may have literally paved the way, Tammy made sure all those things that support a company’s success ran smoothly, thus giving Outlook Hardscape a strong foundation.
Randy Kroencke is the lead foreman of Outlook Hardscape. Randy paves creativity and integrity into every project.
After high school, Randy started working for a masonry company. He fell in love with the way the right hardscape design brings harmony to a home’s character. Tudor or Craftsman, Georgian or Queen Anne, Randy respects the notes and integrity of your home’s architecture.
Randy first met and worked with Matt Hensely in 1990—and they’ve been friends ever since. In 2006, Randy joined Outlook Hardscape, bringing his good nature, creativity, and knowledge into our customers’ homes. And he’s earned their trust—with his precision and passion, expertise and experience.
Matt will tell you, he’s learned everything he knows from Randy. Like brothers, they push each other to do better, to look more closely and to perfect their craft. And that playful competition to constantly one-up each other has earned them a solid reputation among their clients and their friends.
Outlook Hardscape Team
Our Outlook Hardscape team consists of dedicated foremen who manage teams of installers. We employ our own hand-picked crews and we do not subcontract out our hardscape work. Our team has a reputation for on-time arrivals, superb workmanship and respectful, professional conduct. Outlook Hardscape is ICPI certifed. We also have an A rating on Angie's list.
