At Outlook Hardscape, we strive to give every client the most positive experience possible at each stage of the project. We do this by following a proven, carefully practiced process, grouped into three stages: Meet, Design and Install.
Stage 1: Meet
Schedule a time that works best for you and Matt Hensley to meet and discuss your project goals and vision.
Stage 3: Install
Outlook Hardscape schedules your project, starts on the agreed upon start date and stays on the job until it is complete.

Simply put, our quality workmanship and excellent customer service set us apart from other hardscaping companies. Throughout the entire process, from beginning to end, Outlook Hardscape owner, Matt Hensley is your main point of contact.
Matt assigns the most qualified foreman for your particular outdoor living space project. That dedicated foreman and his crew stay on your job until it is finished. Our crew does NOT “popcorn” around to different jobs.
During your project, you will always have two points of contact: the foreman assigned to your project and Matt, the owner. We communicate the approximate start date for your project. And, as the time gets closer, we will provide you with an official start date. On the start date, our crew arrives ready to revitalize your outdoor living space.
